Warranty Breakdown
Installation (5 Years)
Covers the skilled labour provided on all products installed by Above & Beyond on general performance and replacement parts.
Any parts required outside of your install warranty can and will be charged a service fee. Does not include silicone and/or seal trims which is 1 year.
Composite Doors (1 Year)
All moving parts and hardware in the doors hold a 1 year warranty period. This is against operation, anti-rust* and performance.
*Subject to coastal properties.
Aluminium Doors & Windows (10 Years)
Doors and windows come with a 10 year warranty period against its structural welds and powder coating quality.
Does not include general wear and tear.
Fascia, Soffits and Cladding (20 Years)
UPVC fascias and soffits have a 20-year guarantee against cracking, warping or discolouration.
Does not include general wear and tear.
Composite Doors (10 Years)
Timber and GRP doors hold a 10 year warranty against its skin/paint colour as well as the frames structural capabilities and foil colouring (if applicable).
Does not include general wear and tear.
Aluminium/PVC Doors & Windows (5 Years)
Glass in these products hold a 5 year warranty against breaking down as well as any lead/bevel design for decorative options.
Does not include scratches or defects.
Roofing Products (10 Years)
All roofing products hold a 10 year warranty against structural and cosmetic features.
Does not include general wear and tear.

Glazing Services (5 Years)
Glass in these products hold a 5 year warranty against breaking down as well as any lead/bevel design for decorative options.

Roofing Products (5 Years)
Glass in these products hold a 5 year warranty against breaking down as well as any lead/bevel design for decorative options.
Does not include scratches or defects.
IMPORTANT
All warranties are subject to the products being properly cleaned, maintained and used appropriately in its designed nature. If evidence is found of the guidelines of cleaning/maintenance is not being adhered to, warranties can and will be voided. If any alterations are made to products without prior consent or advice from Above & Beyond Homes, warranties will automatically be voided.
